The Audio Video Unlimited Guaranteed Performance Agreement (GPA) is one of the highest value products available to our customers today. Our GPA assures you are getting all the performance you paid for, while protecting you from unexpected repair bills. The term of the manufacturers' warranties represents only a fraction of a product's life. GPA protects you long after the warranty expires, allowing you to keep your system performing at it’s best.

With our GPA, you are covered for five years. That means that you will have the coverage needed to maintain function and performance of your Home System long after the manufacturer’s warranties expire.

Televisions, Big Screens and ‘Home Theatre’ systems are eligible for GPA plans that include the AVU expert service performed in your home when within our service area. Removal and reinstallation of some components is covered as necessitated by warranty when required. In addition, where and when feasible, loaner equipment will be made available to help you keep your system operational.

Our technicians will provide on-site performance checks to maintain ‘like new’ operation. One service call (1-Hour) per year is included. Our technicians will complete a checklist on site to ensure that your system is performing at it’s best. Visit an AVU location near you for full details. This is a $500 value over the GPA coverage period. (Travel charges may be extra).

The plan is transferable, at no cost. If you sell your components with your home during the coverage period, the coverage can be transferred to the new homeowner — adding resale value to your equipment and home.

The GPA pays for itself even if you never need a repair. Often, the cost of the agreement is largely recovered just by having the necessary maintenance performed. In the event the equipment has even a minor problem that needs repair during the agreement period, you come out way ahead.

You will have access to our Custom Home experts to answer all of your questions until you get familiar with your new system. In the event of a minor system glitch, you can talk directly with our technicians and get the quick help you need to get your system back on line.
