Online Ordering and Phone Orders

Customers can continue to find out about product availability at their local store or at www.avu.ca and have items delivered to their home. We are working with our suppliers and courier companies to ensure minimal impact to shipping timelines. We will continue to update customers about their order status. Our trusted delivery partners will continue to follow the protective guidelines set out by public health authorities to ensure the safety of both their personnel but also our valued customers.

Service Inquiries

If you are having any issues with your system please let us know. We can often remotely log in and fix the issue ourselves, or talk you through a simple fix.

If you have any questions about an existing service claim, please email service@avu.ca. As the regulations around in-home service vary by province, please use our store locator to contact your local store directly to inquire about what services are available at this time.
