    Piece Of Garbage

I bought this brand new less than 4 years ago. We cook at home daily or every 2 days. The control board, fan, and entire unit have quit working. I didn’t buy extended warranty as most things aren’t usually covered. When faced with a $1500+ repair bill… We will be throwing this piece of garbage out and looking at another brand that gives customers 10 years warranty no questions. Do not buy this. Might as well light money on fire.

Okay stove but parts are not meant to last

I bought this oven 2 years ago and the convection fans are already noisy and not working properly. Seeing how it is a convetion oven you would think the most expensive part would be the fans that stop and go all the time. Looks like it is the cheapest part.
I have read this many places. When I contacted Samsung for support, they essentially pointed me to an appliance repair company. I would guess business is doing well for the repair company. The fans are faulty and should be replaced we newer and improved fans at no cost in my eyes. It’s called a recall !! No instead they want you to buy the same fan, install it and replace it again in 2 years. Should have just kept my 15 year old stove.

We bought this unit less than 6 months ago. The main panel failed for the oven, waited 2 weeks for service and they didn’t have parts so another couple of days to fix. Less than 6 weeks later the same code. Panel is fried. We are sending this back. If you can’t even make a range to last more than 6 months without a repair then you have quality control issues. Plus over 3 hours on the phone, completely unacceptable. What has happened to customer service, it seems like that has been thrown out the door.

    Not recommended.

Main PCB control board needed replacement twice in 2 years. First one just after warranty expired!

    GREAT STOVE highly recomended

installed stove about 1 month ago, and love this thing, super fast heating and even temperature, cooking.Way better stove than my old ceramic top unit, only complaint is the extra large element could have been a little smaller and a 5th “burner”installed instead what is best is virtually nothing boils over and if somthing is spilled on stove top it doesnt burn on and require lots of work to clean. The noise that stove makes when on hi boost setting is a bit annoying but it reminds you that stove is on maximum setting .Highly recomend this stove to anyone

    It just suck

The oven is over heating or do not keep the temperature we set. Also we have two left side cook top induction burner not working with lighter pot. Very anoying for the price we paid and Samsung service in not helping.

    Very good stove

We bought this stove because of the induction. In all aspects it is a super great stove until it comes to the self cleaning oven feature. The steam clean works ok but the self clean is a joke! After Christmas we had some spills so we decided to use this feature for the first time in the 2 years we owned the stove. At some point in the heating and cleaning cycle something in the computer burnt out which cause a code C-31 to appear. To make a long story short it cost us $385.00 to have this problem fixed!!
