    Samsung Range

I bought this electric range in November 2019 less than 9 months and I am not happy with this product. After a couple of use, I notice lots of scratches, dark spots, and stains that cannot be easily remove or clean. Compare to my older smooth surface range, I did not have any of these issues after owning it for over 5 years. The numbers around the surface control knobs started to peel and no longer visible which makes it difficult to gauge your cooking time. I spoke to Samsung and they told me warranty does not cover cosmetic. This range does not worth the money and i think people should stay away from this product. Samsung needs to look into this situation and ensure that their customers are happy with their product.

Clicking noise is driving me nuts!

I love this stove, Bought it at Lowe’s one month ago… but…the clicking noise all during cooking is incredibly annoying…even my dog is afraid when I cook something! How is this fixable?
    I’ve turned off all notifications…help!

Cracked stove top the first time using it

Put a pot of water on the stove to boil for the first time& the glass top cracked. Spoke to Samsung & they are saying it is physical damage so there is no coverage.

    Very happy.

Bought this electric range almost 2 months ago and very happy with this product. Love the heating element being hidden for easier cleaning. The cooktop is no harder to clean than any other I’ve had. Love the slow cook option. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought it last end of Dec. 2019 but just few months using the bulb light inside the oven was not working. I called samsung but it wasn’t covered the warranty. Not happy. The other thing was the top of the stove was hard to clean even you cleaned it a lot of times. The stain still there.

    Terrible cook top

The cook top on this stove is very hard to clean and either burns your food or doesn’t get hot enough. The cook top turned cloudy after about 6 months ( this is in the glass or below the top). I have used the cleaning products they recommend. This is obviously a flaw in the glass. Samsung refuses to even have a tech look at it.

    Glass top scrathes easily

I have owned two GE stovetops over the last 25 years and never had a problem maintaining the glass top. I purchased all new Samsung Appliances March 2019. The burners to do not cook evenly. The stovetop has scratches around the heating element lines and on the glass top itself. I only use cleaning materials approved for stovetops. Never had any issues like this with my GE appliances. I called Samsung to discusss with a representative, I was given an outside vendors number and told if it is considered cosmetic I will have to pay for the service call fee as well as any repairs done. Very disappointed.
