    Keeps cutting out

We bought this early 2020 and have problems with cutting out. I’m constantly having to disconnect and reconnect to get the system to work without hesitation.. then it only lasts a few hours and I have to do it all over again.. my husband regrets us buying this soundbar. Btw we have another one and the one I’m constantly fixing interfers with my existing one by changing how its connected. The one is hooked up DIN and the other BT. Cant have them hooked up the same. Its ridiculous.
    Hate it at this point..

I got rid of it after my return window, at a loss.

THAT’S how much I hated this thing! When it worked (or at least when I thought it worked) the sound was very nice. But updating the firmware is a nightmare. Poor instructions. Poor app function. And on and on. Then the convoluted way to actually push the update out to the individual parts. None of which ends up working.

But if it works, maybe a firmware update isn’t necessary. Yeah, well sometimes my brand new Samsung TV detects and uses the sound bar, sometimes it doesn’t. When changing inputs, sometimes the sound bar works afterwards, sometimes not.

There were audio sync issues that were not able to be fixed with either the TV’s or the sound bar’s Sync settings. And through all of this, Samsung’s support via the 800 number was useless. No kidding, my troubleshoot taught HIM a few things!

But what got this thing out of my house at any cost was the sound bar cutting in and out when watching Netflix with Dolby Atmos audio. The fix (you’ll love this) was to essentially disable Atmos. Ha! So if you want to actually use your extremely expensive sound bar, disable the key feature you bought it for in the first place!

I’m done with Samsung. They make a lot of things, but not particularly well apparently. I’m out!

    It became an annoying device

so I bought this in November 2019. Honestly I wish I went for Bose.
    It’s not an easy setup
    It’s not consistent
I had to unplug the TV to paint the room in Christmas 2019 and then didn’t hear the woofer for a month (I thought the movies didn’t have base in them but NO)
Physically disconnected the woofer and reconnected again then it worked…
    The issue now is
I disconnected the rear speakers and has been blinking for 2 weeks!!!
    Biggest problem now:
THE WOOFER IS MAKING A BUZZ SOUND WITH HIGH BASE

I paid $2000 for literally a piece of garbage that looks nice!

    Nothing but problems

I purchase the Samsung Q90r sound-bar just over two months ago and for myself nothing but trouble rear speakers keep dropping sound and the bass just rumbling it’s turned all the way down and still sounds distorted tried almost everything but just kinda of give up with so many sleepless nights trying all I can say for Samsung flagship sound bar it not worth the money spent on it

    This is great

Thank you Samsung, this is quite amazing, I truly fallen in love with, I had issues, and you have been supportive to resolve them…Thank you for such a great innovation…I do have a question/Issue, I feel the Base and Treble are good, but it is good when I get the soundbar volume up, due to this I find the Dialogue volume also at high, I could not find how I get the settings correct to make sure that Dialogues at low, and effects are high to make the feel of the effects…Would you please help me? or let me know if I am not clear enough…
