Your purchase at Audio Video Unlimited is covered by our 30 day return policy. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

In Store Returns

Items can be returned to our store. Please note our store hours and be sure to bring your receipt / online order confirmation.

Online Order Returns

Please click the button below to begin our online return process. Once you have filled in details about your order, we will email you a shipping label for your item.

Exclusions

Items marked as clearance or open box should be considered final sale and are ineligible for returns. Please note these items are still covered by warranty. 

Items involved in custom installations, such as in-wall speakers cannot be returned once installed. 

Headphones and earbuds may only be returned if unopened.
