I have had this machine less than a year and I already have a cracked basin. Literally a gaping crack on the inside of my machine. I have only ever put in regular loads of laundry. Makes me rethink my love for Samsung products.

    Horrible Quality

I have only had this product 1.2 years. The warrenty expired in December 2017. There is a HOLE in the steel drum.

Poor Quality : Drum cracked in 5 years

Dryer I have was not able to dry cloths properly, often they were damp. I called service guy, and he told me there is a crack in drum. This is known issue with Samsung dryer. First time in my life, I saw dryer going out of life cycle in less than 5 years.

    A fantastic dryer!

Picked this up about a week ago on sale. We went from an older standard dryer to this amazing, technology packed dryer. All the features, especially the steam function are great. Just need to get the washer now.

    Drum Cracked

One year after warranty expired the drum has cracked. You can see daylight! This is awful.

    Failed After 2 Years

Bought at over $600+ in 2016. Failed in 2018, out of warranty, resulting in a $250 repair. My last dryer was 30+ years old. They don’t build ’em like they used to. I’ll buy Made in USA next time via Maytag or Whirlpool.

    Everything broke

I bought this about 2 to three years ago. Just after the warranty ran out the back rollers went bad. Fixed them. Then the front ones went bad which caused the front assembly to go bad. This then caused the felt on the drum come off. Well if you are lucky enough to find all these parts by the time you add it up it’s the same price as a new dryer. Well hello LG and good bye Samsung.

As I mentioned in all reviews, I am very happy with the cell phones but not with the appliances. The dryer display was already replaced because the computer inside when bad and now recently some “pully” something for the belt melted and it had to be replaced.

Dryer failed after 5 years >:(

purchased brand new 5 years ago. dryer has failed and unable to be repaired. samsung manufactures disposable appliances. 0/10 will not recommend samsung appliances to anybody.
