    Dual-core zone doesn’t work

The dual zone doesn’t work. Don’t by it if you want two separate ovens. With the divider in the oven takes a very long time to preheat and forever to come back to temperature after the door is opened. The Samsung tech told us to not use the divider if we want the oven to work properly.

    Excellent Range, great features…

First Induction Range we bought. Have had it for a month, works great and looks great, no problems so far.. At first it took a while getting used to it, now, would never go back to conventional stovetops again! Induction is amazing, instant on off heat, boils water quickly, easy to clean, nothing burns on the stovetop, really impressed…. A few very minor cons: when using the induction elements on highest setting the electronics and fans make a bit of noise, however when you turn on your exhaust fan the noise blends in and the exhaust fan noise overcomes the range noise… the unit has fans to cool the electronics, so that’s fine.. When using the lower induction element settings 1-9 it’s pretty quiet.. The other small con is when using the top oven only, water condenses on the bottom half of the oven door. It does however quickly evaporate after cooking, doesen’t seem to leave any water makes so I am fine with it.. We usually use the bottom oven or both anyways…
The oven overall is amazing, our old oven took 30-40 minutes to warm up to temp.. this thing (when using the cavity divider) the oven heats to high temps under 15-20 minutes… it’s incredible… one reason I rarely used our old oven was because how long it took to warm up, now if we want to cook something we know the Samsung will be ready in 10-15 minutes on average… Can’t speak for how long this will last, didn’t get an extended warranty and it does have a lot of electronics inside.. it’s longevity will determine if we buy Samsung appliances again!

    Fantastic

The induction stove is quick, efficient, very responsive and easy to clean. I think it is safer than gas or electric. The dual oven is handy, and it heats up in half the time it took my old oven. I wasn’t sure about convection heating, but now that I am using it I am glad to have the feature.

Takes a bit of getting use to!

I have only had a month but I love the instant heat and the ability to put paper towel down between the pit and stove and able to clean up quickly. I am saddened that my teapot that that the magnet sticks to will not work on the stove top.
I am still learning to adjust times in the oven but overall love having the split oven. Most of my use of the oven is the top part.

Diappointed in Lack of Service and Parts

Unit bought just over two years ago and out of warranty. Touch pad sensor for oven failed and learned that Samsung does not service its sales. Service rep recommended by vendor advises that whole control unit must be replaced, including four element controls, which work fine, even though touch pads are independent. Before replacement, control unit started working, so replacement cancelled. Control unit failed again after two months, so re-ordered control unit, only to be told they are no longer available at this time. Disappointed in quality of product and lack of parts..

I love this stove and would highly recommend

I have had the stove for better than a month and love everything about it. Induction boils water in 30 seconds and the convection oven is amazing. It bakes and roasts to perfection. I love the two pots and fry pan that came with it. Just wish there were more pieces to the set.

    Lives up to promo info

Bought this to replace a gas stove. My wife is a great cook and was reluctant to try the induction top but just loves it now. The virtual flame may sound a bit of a gimmick but it does help to show what is happening. The induction great control over cooking. The oven is also first class. I like the extension rack which is very use ful for basting a roast chicken for example. The temperature probe works very well. So far very pleased.

    Love it

Very good range. Almost too powerful, when using top oven, watch food carefully while you get used to it as we burned quite a bit of food. Induction is amazing
