    Buyer beware!

    Purchased our 25 cu ft fridge in Dec of 2015 and received in Jan ‘16. Had to have the ice maker replaced about a yr and a half in. At the end of 3 yrs everything in the back of the fridge needed to be replaced due to icing up to the fan. Also need Another ice maker and a control unit on the front panel that controls dispensing of water and ice. Yes Samsung replaced the first ice maker but will not cover another one or the front panel control. It’s all now out of warranty. Who would have thought they would have been told to either pay for the repairs that would total at least a third of the cost of a new unit or just buy another unit? We own 3 other Samsung appliances but will never purchase another. This particular unit has been known to have all the prob. we experienced. Why does’nt Samsung do the right thing and replace the whole unit? Our customer loyalty is lost.

    We brought ours 4 years ago two issues makes noise and adjustable shelves cracks we are replacing our third shelve. Great product.

    mad and unhappy

    Loved it on first sight, but what a mess now

    This refrigerator has not preformed up to the standard I expected from Samsung. When I called a repairman to work on the ice maker, he had nothing good to say about this French door model
    Yes I bought it for the look, but it has wonderful features also. The water filter hasn’t worked well since we replaced the filter that came with the new refrig. We did by the pricey one from samsung, but it still comes out VERY SLOW!
    Top ice maker stopped working before Christmas 5 + months ago. We thought it would correct it’s self, but finally called the repairman. He couldn’t help us with out a lot of “kits” to replace. It also started making fan failure noises. He couldn’t fix those either. When I called Lowe’s, they wouldn’t help me.
    Not it seems the cool air in the top has stopped cooling.
    I have NO idea what to do next.

    I will never buy Samsung fridge again

    Our Samsung is about a year and a half old but it may as well be ancient. The fan makes a terrible noise ever couple of weeks and it stinks even though we clean it fully out and NOTHING IS IN IT! I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator again as the complaints I have seen for years gone by are the exact same ones we have now. So disappointed.

    Mysterious Dents Everywhere!

    Completely dissappointed with our purchase of the Samsung Black Stainless Refridgerator, Dishwasher, Range, and Microwave. The Refridgerator although it looks pretty keeps shows dents that NOBODY is causing! almost where the bolts behind are attached, Looks HORRIBLE and Samsung will not do anything about it because its out of warranty. I love samsung but this model is awlful. There are currently about 10 Dents in random spots all over the front of the doors and the get bigger over time. NOT RECOMMENDED

    Fancy only because the the app and WiFi

    My old refrigerator broke got this one cause it’s very pretty and Hi-tech. It’s small on the inside can’t hold much food. I really do like the display and apps. 1. It’s hard to clean in between the cracks of the glass shelves. So it’s dirt stuck that I can’t get out. 2. With-in the first year the handle came off the freezer. 3. My ice maker needs to be replaced. I Only it for 1 year and 4 mo.

    my mom’s fridge is missing the drawer that goes inside the freezer. we have been trying to buying and we can’t get it by itself. very disappointed!

    HUMONGOUS INCONVENIENCE!!!

    power glitch resets ice maker & it fills an already full tray making a huge ice block that gets worse until you clear it. otherwise, it works ok. nice size freezer.

    Beware of Mold!-This refrigerator leaks.

    purchased this refrigerator and the ice maker constantly leaks. this leads to mold forming under the deli drawer.

    Design flaw in compressor

    -valve broke- water filled freezer and flooded kitchen. no longer makes valve = no water to fridge
    -compressor- fan freezes over = warm fridge. 4th time. samsungs answer was to defrost. no real fix

    Freezes up

    samsung refrigerators freeze up monthly. emptying out the frig to power down and defrost is not a sign of a good design. i’ve had numerous repairs and parts replacements.

    Do not buy – Faulty engineering and quality

    Don’t waste your money

    had a service guy come out and replace the sensor. it worked for a few months. now you have to defrost the fridge every few months because it build up ice and stops working properly

    Terrible product

    i have had the refrigerator for a year and a half and the freezer has already stopped working(warranty ends at 1 year). also the ice maker works when it wants to and crushes the ice most of the time.

    i’ve had this product for five years and it consistently stops cooling and leaks. i’ve had to get it fixed every single year. samsung has not been helpful. don’t buy.
