    Great apartment appliances

I love my new 45K6200 washer-dryer stacking set. They replaced a builder-basic laundry appliance that took small loads, thrashed my clothes and drove me crazy with its noise. Now I can even wash my bedcovers at home, my clothes are OK, and I don’t worry about bothering the neighbours.

I haven’t yet changed over the dryer door to open on the right. I can follow the instructions in the manual but I’m all thumbs so I’m going to hire a handyman to do it for me.

The Self Clean (every 40 washes) takes 3:51, and I’ll have to schedule it on my calendar because I don’t notice that reminder light — an error message would catch my attention better.

Fill error code on first wash but on drain

Washer and dryer were delivered today. Installers failed to calibrate the washer.
Calibrated the washer twice to make sure it was properly calibrated. But still did not make any difference on the error code.

Thought maybe that there was debris in the drain filter, but there wasn’t… that is a code 5c.

I’m going back to the store where I purchased it to ask them to replace it or for a large discount!

If a replacement is not available I hope they can upgrade me to the next one for free.

    I wouldn’t buy it again

6 months old and it breaks down because of faulty wiring. It was covered under warranty but something this expensive should be built to last. Plus it was annoying having to go to the laundromat for 3 weeks waiting for it to be fixed. You should do better.

    No disappointment at all

After my frustration with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dryer, the washer had been the only appliance that I have no complaint. It works great.

    Not worth the headache.

Bought this washer in 2016. I bought this for the high capacity, energy efficiency, and option to add clothes through the door hinge. It worked beautifully until just shortly after the warranty expired. I had anticipated this as a possibility, so I got an extended warranty. My biggest issue is that when it stopped working it completely fell apart. Clothes were not getting adequate water, coming out with dry spots, still dirty, still smelly. I wash roughly every 2-3 days between small kids, and cloth diapering. It’s almost like the machine couldn’t handle that level of use. I tried every repair option on Samsung’s website to no avail. Then my clothes started getting ruined. The machine would leave metal gray streaks on my clothes and linens. Just no, No, NO! Avoid this machine.
