    not working already

just got it delivered today and it already has an error message. most likely the draining issue, but the service people installed it so why would it be wrong?

    Not happy!

Had this sset delivered and set up and started washing the same day. First thing I noticed about the washer, once the load was complete, I opened the door and water was everywhere on the front of the washer. I took the clothes (t-shirts and jeans) out and placed them in the dryer. I put them on a normal cycle, medium heat, dry cycle more…. I had to run it 3 times before my clothes actually came out dry. Not happy at all. Additionally, put dress clothes in on Perm Press cycle with the wrinkle prevent on; when the cycle was done, all the clothes were in a big knot and wrinkled to no end…..

Top inner lid lock is horrible

i owned this machine for the last 17 months. at month 11 the lock mechanism on the top inner lid came “loose” and appeared broken. the “repair” lasted almost 5 months. now i do not know what to do.

Design flaw and poor warranty service

i purchased this top of the line washer sep ’18 and in less than 6 months we had our first issue with the lc1/1lc1 error code. samsung sent a tech who ack the issue and said not to use top washer

Saying I’m Disappointed is an Understatement

two units failed in 3 months. small items get stuck by door and don’t wring out in spin cycle. steam feature doesn’t make up for flaws.

    Washer broken after 4 days

Bought this set on Tuesday, thought it was great then Friday the washer started leaking and flashing codes. Now it is we cannot use it at all and won’t have a technician out for probably a week. I usually believe that you get what you pay for, but this time is this is not the case.

i have had samsung tech come > 6 times to try to fix this washer due to a error code. they cannot fix it and refuse to replace it.

    No Pedesal

i purchased this washer, but beware, samsung made a very short riser, and not a storage pedestal for this washer. if you are tall, even with the riser, it is way too low to the ground.

    Hop Up Hop Down

    The squeaking is awful

I bought the set almost 2 years ago and love it except the squeaking/ squealing Noise it has been making for the last 9 months. I’ve had Best Buy’s geek squad at my house 5-6 times and they could never figure out the issue until they realized it’s the pedestal we bought with the set. Anyone else having this issue?

    Fatal flaw with top basin

apparently, anything more than a “tiny, tiny, tiny” amount of detergent in the top basin will create over-flowing suds, which drain down onto the control board and ruin it.
