    Really, no Bluetooth?

    After doing much search, I have realized that this TV does NOT have Bluetooth capability. REALLY? From what I can tell, it was released in March 2018. I purchased the Samsung N450 sound bar to go with this TV, but am not able to use the Samsung sound bar’s full capabilities even though I purchased a brand new Samsung TV. I need the wireless connection and am very disappointed that such basic technology is not included in this TV, but is pretty standard with the Samsung sound bars. Bad product management Samsung. PICTURE: is fabulous. Love this TV otherwise. SUPPORT: the website is horrible to navigate to get information. It says LIve Chat is available 24 hr, but really it is just a fancy search engine. I waited 20 minutes with no live tech person ever coming on.

    Remote and App

    Like everybody, I don’t like the remote because the keys are not as 21st century as my other older Samsung TV UN55MU6300FXZA. Then I just realized this newer version doesn’t come with an XBOX One app. So in order to play xbox, I need to switch source on my remote. Finally, the latest firmware is only available on samsung website not via the internal update process. My UN55MU6300FXZA has the same problem though. Not sure if the TV is being conservative in terms of waiting for the firmware to be stable enough? Anyways, what can I say, I am cheap and didn’t buy the ones that support HDR10.

    HULU LIVE NO GO!!

    I bought this tv for Christmas and have loved it, until I tried to watch HULU live on it. According to Hulu, this tv is deprecated and can not support live hulu. If Hulu and Samsung would get together to figure this out, this tv would get a 5 star rating from me, as everything else with it seems to be working out well.

    It’s my fault for not asking for more information such as is it Bluetooth compatible? But being that it’s a Samsung “SMART TV”, I thought that it would have that simple feature but NOPE. Now it’s just turning on and off and every button on all remotes just turns it off….REALLY?

    PIECE OF JUNK….I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

    I bought this television about 3 months ago from Best Buy. A few weeks ago, it started turning on by itself. I’m not the only person who’s had this problem with this particular model. I contacted customer service and they did something by remote that didn’t work. I called Best Buy about a week later, and asked to get my money back. They said I couldn’t get a refund because I had it too long and to contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung and was told that their policy is to have a technician come over, and try to fix it. If it can’t be fixed then I could get a refund. I was also told that it could be an external device that’s causing the problem, and if it is determined that this is the case, I could be charged a fee. I am 100% positive that the television is junk because I have the exact same DVD Player and Roku Box connected to my other television which isn’t a smart tv and it doesn’t turn on by itself.The problem with making an appointment is that I could only make it from 10AM-2PM on Monday to Friday in my area. Samsung doesn’t provide weekend service. I work in the morning, but scheduled an appointment. Later, I cancelled it because I’m not going to take a day off from work for this piece of junk. I want my money back. Hopefully, somebody from Samsung will read this review, do the right thing, and take this piece of junk off of my hand and give me my money back.

    Terrible Samsung

    This tv is 4 months old. Since day one it struggles to stay connected to wifi. every time I turn it on the wifi wont connect. The firmware is up to date. Everything else works on my wifi. Once you get it to a point where you can go to the home screen and pull up couple of apps like DAZN, it will play for a few seconds and then start rebooting again. Don’t plan on watching a whole show with this one. This TV does not support 5ghz wifi connection, It only supports 2.4ghz. Where is the 120 Motion Rate? barely 40 or 60!!! As a result, streaming quality is spotty at best. There are many TVs in this price range that support both wifi connections. FrustratingIt’s a well documented issue online with Samsung TVs and no one seems to know how to fix it. The internet also disconnects frequently and requires me to go through. The issue is this not so smart tv. Is a piece of JUNK WASTE OF MONEY.

    Loved it until month six

    For a TV, this was pretty awesome for the price. But of course, I just can’t have anything nice last. Around the six month mark my TV suddenly had a vertical line pop up on the screen from all the way to the top to the bottom. A row of entire dead pixels. Yes it is under warranty, and yes someone is coming to fix it but the fact remains that I can’t even have something for a year without having hassles dealing with tech guys and customer support.

    Went for 7 Series over 6, Huge Mistake

    Purchased this TV around February this year (2019). The TV has been nothing but issues. First, I purchased the 7 series because I have a 6 series 55″ 4K curved and wanted another one but “more” features.

    This tv has been nothing but issues for a few months now including I can’t even use the wireless without it going out constantly when all other devices (including the other Samsung TV). Second, I ran an Ethernet cable directly from the router and now the Smart TV apps will randomly stop working so I have to force close them.

    I’ve tried all of the recommended changes, including resetting the TV, resetting the network settings, changing dns settings (for Wireless fix), running updates and it continues to have issues. It’s hard to replicate the issue when I want to schedule a tech because it’s hit or miss and I’ll make myself “a liar” for not being able to prove it works. Some days it’s good for all night, and some days it’s good for 5 minutes until it freezes.

    I haven’t had a single issue with my other Samsung TV that is over 3 years old and a 6 series. I would simple just like to speak to someone competent enough ( and English speaking) to understand the issue and replace this TV.
